The Estimated Delivery Time of points will vary depending on our GPU workload and the W.AI Protocol. The estimated time shown in our dashboard is based on real-time calculations of our systems.

The demands of tasks, network congestion or updates could affect the rate of change. We try to keep it updated automatically.

After purchasing, we can’t guarantee a refund if our GPUs have started working. This is because the infrastructure, network and management overcosts that this would produce to us is not worth it.
